According to reshareworthy, a rescue pup who was mourning the death of his adopted human found a new home when a picture of him crying made headlines.
Moose, the doggie, was seen lying next to his person’s bed, waiting eagerly for his father’s homecoming, ignorant that his human had died.
Eleventh Hour Rescue released the picture along with the pet’s tale, a request to find him a new home a week after his owner died.
«Moose remained quietly next to his father’s hospital bed, waiting for him to come, without realizing that daddy had died,» the organization noted of the picture.
He has been back to Shelter, and he is still grieving the death of his father.»
As per his owner’s carer, he was also «standing by the door, waiting for his master to return home,» as per the shelter.
She couldn’t soothe him, so she sent him to a Shelter so they could try to foster him.
The three-year-old Labrador mix has a tragic history that he told. In 2017, he was discovered chained to a railway sign outside an animal sanctuary in Georgia.
«He had been in the sanctuary for many weeks and had had no attention from adopters throughout that period.»
This was terrible news for him. Because of congestion, the longer a doggie stays at a kill shelter, the nearer they are to being euthanized.
Fortunately for him, a local refuge worker was eager not to let that happen to him.»
The worker organized for a rescue companion to bring him to New Jersey, where he rapidly became popular among the rescuers.
«We were won over by his upbeat demeanor and love of life.» We were all hoping that he would get him forever home.
Then his «father» met him and they fell in love. He has finally found a loveful home. His future appeared to be promising.
But then disaster struck, and his father died, putting him in need of a home once more.»
The rescue organization requested if anybody could help «Moose’s soul heal» by providing a temporary or permanent home.
His photo and tale instantly went viral on the internet, and the sanctuary swiftly got multiple adopting forms.
Within three days, they revealed the adoption of «this precious, adoring boy.»

The shelter announced that he will be adopted by a four-person family who just lost their 14-year-old doggie and is looking for a doggie to adopt. They also know one of the shelter’s workers.
We’re overjoyed that he may finally recover and has chosen a lifelong home.
